Bargain Hunter Tycoon is operated by Zhao Dong. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the app.
No account, sign-in, or account linking is required. Game progress, language preference, and in-game transaction records are stored locally on your device to provide and maintain game features. We do not upload this local game data to our own servers.
We do not actively collect your name, phone number, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, or payment information. The app does not offer cloud saves, direct messaging, user-generated content, real-world goods trading, or financial services.
The app uses Google Mobile Ads to show banner ads and optional rewarded ads. To provide advertising, measure performance, prevent fraud, maintain service reliability, and comply with legal obligations, Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, coarse location, app interaction information, and diagnostic information such as crash and performance data under their own policies. The information processed, its purposes, and whether it is used for personalized advertising depend on device settings, region, applicable consent choices, and Google service configuration.
Rewarded advertising is optional. If a rewarded ad is unavailable, the app provides a retry message and the core single-player game remains playable. Ad rewards are fictional in-game resources only and have no real-world monetary or item value.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process information needed to serve and operate advertising as described above. We do not share local game progress with third parties. We do not transfer personal information unless required by law or with your valid consent.
Local game data remains on your device. Removing the app or clearing its app data normally deletes that data, subject to your device operating system. Advertising providers retain data under their own policies. You may reset or limit advertising identifiers in device settings where available.

The app is not directed to children and is not in the Apple Kids Category. Users below the age required in their region to provide valid consent for advertising-related processing should use the app under a parent’s or guardian’s guidance.
